The Skilled and Trained
HVAC/HEAT PUMP
Rebate Program

Save money, save energy, and support skilled union labor with exclusive rebates for heat pump installs and tune-ups THroughout California.

Overview

The California Sheet Metal Workers represent California’s HVAC union workforce, comprising over 25,000 members and 1,500 apprentices across 15 training centers.

Our unions lead in HVAC installation, service, and Heat Pump technology, supporting California’s goal of 6 million heat pumps installed by 2030.

The Local 104 and Local 105 Rebate Programs incentivize homeowners to choose union contractors for their HVAC needs.
